This is the heart of England and, whilst it may lack the stunning National Parks of its south western and northern neighbours, the area still has much ti offer the golfer and non-golfer alike. A number of famous courses are to be found here, not least the Belfry. Shakespeare lovers will not want to miss the chance to visit historic Stratford-Upon-Avon, and Warwick Castle is another ‘must see’. The thriving city of Birmingham, with is beautifully renovated canal-side area, offers good shopping and fine dining.
