Iragh Tí Connor

Located in the historic village of Ballybunion, only 5 minutes drive from the renowned Ballybunion Golf Club, Iragh Tí Connor Country House takes its name from lands held by Ciar, the first King of Kerry, and his descendants, the O’Connors, who ruled the Kingdom of Kerry for over 1000 years. John and Joan O’Connor invite you to relax in their luxury country home. This 19th Century building has been extensively refurbished and luxuriously decorated to the highest standards with all modern conveniences while retaining its old charm and atmosphere. All the rooms are extremely spacious with antique furniture carefully selected over time to ensure that each room has its own unique character. Open fires can be lit in many of the bedrooms on request.

There is a fine dining room, with a baby grand piano to add to the atmosphere, and the food is excellent. There is also a bar & lounge, which are popular places for the locals to frequent, leaving no excuses for you not to join in and indulge in the art of conversation over a pint of stout.
